The Times of Israel invites you to join us at our first Annual Gala as we celebrate the accomplishments of Israel’s most outstanding men and women. This historic event that will take place at The Grand Ballroom of The Waldorf Astoria in New York City on February 15, 2015.
Enjoy a beautiful night in the company of some of Israel’s most inspiring leaders, hearing from the statesmen who steer Israel through diplomatic storms, the pioneers who protect and advance the nation through technological innovation, along with international film stars, entertainers, athletes and more.
A Lifetime Leadership award will be presented to Israeli President, Prime Minister & Nobel Prize Laureate; Shimon Peres. Additional Honorees include: Dr. Danny Gold, father of the Iron Dome; Uri Levine, Founder of Waze; Bar Refaeli, Israeli Supermodel; Omri Casspi, NBA Athlete; Alan Dershowitz, Jurist and Political Commentator; Gal Gadot, Hollywood Actress and Miri Mesika; Israel's Singer of the Year. The event will include a special tribute, honoring the memory of fallen soldier Max Steinberg along with his family and supporter Robert Kraft of the New England Patriots.
All proceeds from the Gala will be donated to nonprofit organizations in recognition of their contributions to Israel and the Jewish people.
