Ohr Somayach is proud to announce the annual Winter Learning Lodge tradition is in full effect with our new program, "Torah Tour A-Z!"
The theme this year, is completion; going through a text or topic from start to finish, covering the most important takeaways with our world class Rabbeim.
This year's topics offered include:
- 5 Books of Moses - Rabbi Avraham Braun
Saperstein
- 6 Orders of Mishna (63 Tractates) - Rabbi Avraham Braun
- 13 Principles of Faith - Rabbi Chaim Silver
- From Babel to the Bronx - an Overview of Jewish History - Rabbi
Israel Saperstein)
- Outline of the Siddur & Prayer - Rabbi Naftali Reich
- Relationships w/ Self, G-d, Parents, Spouse, Friends, and Society
(Jewish Perspectives) - Various
Students will be able to select 4 topics investigate in breadth and detail over the course of this week long program.
Some of the trips and recreational activities we will be doing include visiting the Living Torah Museum, Sky Zone fitness park and/or Gravity Vault rock climbing, a Historical tour of Monsey, Group-Based activities, Indoor Basketball and much more!
The dates are December 18th-24th, with a potential second week Link & Learn option from December 25th-31st.
This is truly going to be an incredible program and retreat that will provide insight, inspiration, and great memories for many years to come.
